Struggling to post
It's very confusing that you can't post until you've joined a group. This needs to be more clearly explained if you can't make them able so anybody can post to the open groups.

Hi Paul, Sorry to hear that you have issues on the site. I have also found that joining a forum before posting is an odd user experience and it is not very clear at all.
